Keith Norris

Keith Norris, 69 of Lake City, passed away on Friday, September 10, 2021 at the North Florida Regional Medical Center in Gainesville. He was born and raised in Lake City and was a graduate of Columbia High School class of 1970. Mr. Norris was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lake City and had previously served as a Deacon. He was the owner and operator of Norris Transportation for over 30 years and enjoyed watching NASCAR, doing yard work and spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his mother, Delores Harrell Norris.
Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Tanya Sharpe Norris, Lake City; his father and mother, Ralph and Carolyn Norris, Lake City; two daughters, Tracy Rentz, Valdosta, GA and Rhonda Page (Huey), Cottondale, FL; one brother, Freddy Norris (Debra), Lake City; one sister, Melissa Moore (Marson), Lake City; five grandchildren, Lauren Rentz (Sayer Lane), Morgan McGuire (Ben) and Hunter Rentz all of Valdosta, GA, and Blake Page and Joey Page of Cottondale, FL; and five great-grandchildren, Brayden McGuire, Bennett McGuire, Leighton Lane, Casen Page and Kaden Page also survive.
Funeral services for Mr. Norris will be conducted on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at 11:00 AM in the Gateway-Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel with Rev. Robert Bass, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Lake City, officiating. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to the service from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
