Keith Alan Null

Keith Alan Null of O'Fallon, IL, passed away on January 14, 2026 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO surrounded by his loving family.
Keith, as a youth accepted Jesus Christ as his personal savior. He was baptized in a small Methodist church in Colp, IL Hope Chapel UMC and led a life that was a witness to others of his faith and beliefs. We thank everyone who has been praying for Keith and our family.
After graduating Southern Illinois University, Keith worked for 30 years in the IT Department at The U.S. District Court in East St. Louis, IL.
Keith was born on March 15, 1973 in Herrin, IL to Marilyn S. (Kerley) and Larry G. Null.
He was united in marriage to Amy L. Groves on October 12, 1996 in Herrin, IL. Together they shared 29 wonderful years. She survives him at their home in O'Fallon, IL.
He is also survived by daughter, Madi Null of O'Fallon; his parents, Larry & Marilyn Null of Herrin, IL; brother & sister-in-law, Kirk & Leslie Null of LaGrange, GA; aunt and uncle, Myrna and Gary Dooley of Herrin, IL; sister-in-law, Laura Groves and Daniel Williams of Herrin, IL; brother and sister in law, James & Mindy Groves of Dowell, IL; nieces and nephews, Zoe Maple of Dowell, IL, Callie Thompson of Normal, IL, Jacob Null of Bloomington, IL, Caleb Null of Phoenix, AZ, Cameron and Evan Williams of Herrin, IL, Chase Null of Bloomington, IL; and a host of other family and extended family members.
He was preceded in death by his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Charles "Charlie" and Yvonne Groves; his grandparents, Elmer & Betty Kerley, and Leonard & Ruby Null; and uncle, Don Null.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, January 19, 2026 at Meredith-Waddell Funeral Home in Herrin with Pastor Stephanie Voss officiating. Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Sunday, January 18, 2026 at the funeral home. Burial will be at Herrin City Cemetery.
