Keith Darrell Rayford, 67, of Sherman, TX, passed away on January 5, 2025, in Denison, TX.
He was born on September 16, 1957, in Bonham, TX, to Bobby and Doris Rayford. He attended Bonham Schools.
As an adult Keith held several jobs, working as a cook, assembler, and he worked for the Union Pacific Railroad.
He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Leon Rayford.
Those left with precious memories are his mother, Doris Rayford McKinney; his children, Quincy Cook, Shelton Rayford (Madalene), Shane Rayford, and Carrie Porter; his siblings, Juan Rayford (Ruth), Sonya Dunlap (Alvis), LaQuita Morrison (Ronald), Jacque Veal (Dennis), and Cheryl Fields (Patrick).
Also Surviving are an aunt, Helen Carter; 5 grandchildren, August, Wynter, Edward, Ashton, and Harmony; nieces and nephews, Ty, Juan Jr., Chauncy, Markita, Sharita, Chelsea, Breelan, Blaine, Jihad, Javan, Tonya, Cushawndra (deceased), and Lashanna.
He also leaves to cherish his memories: a special friend, Vicky Rayford, and a host of great-nieces, great-nephews, relatives, and friends.
A memorial celebration of life will be held at New Hope Christian Church Fellowship, 2810 S. Mirick Ave, Denison, TX, at 11:00 am Saturday, January 11th, 2025. Bishop Larry Goodman is the host pastor.
Family night will be Friday, January 10th, from 5 pm to 7 pm at New Hope Christian Church Fellowship.
