Keith Edward Steinberg, age 78, passed away on Oct. 28, 2024 in Barrington, IL. He was born in Chicago, IL on Dec. 27, 1945 and is survived by his brothers Ronald Steinberg (Lynn Bagladi) and Glen Steinberg (Georgette Medina), he was a devoted uncle to 3 Nieces and 2 Nephews, 7 Great Nieces and 3 Great Nephews and had many beloved family members in Arkansas. He lived a very compassionate life and enjoyed spending time with family & friends. We’ll never forget his mantra of “Inspire the Life of a Child” which he so generously demonstrated by encouraging the children in his life. He proudly served in the Army Corps of Engineers, 2 tours in Vietnam (1969-72). He co-founded and co-owned Rent Com, Inc. until his retirement in 2016. A Cremation service for his closest relatives was held on Nov. 1, 2024, 9:30 a.m, at Chicagoland Cremation Options, 9329 Byron St., Schiller Park, IL. He is preceded in death by his mother Melba Steinberg (Morris) and father Harold Steinberg. Our family is deeply saddened and know that he will be missed by family, friends, colleagues and neighbors.
