Keith advised many businesses including EMTEQ, which I had the privilege of co-founding and leading-and he always took pride in helping others succeed.
Constant improvement demands leadership, not titles. In fact, I hate titles. Being a CEO isn´t about a label; it´s about being a strong leader.
There was a great leader in my life-Keith Winters.
I didn´t always like what he had to say.
I didn´t always agree with him.
And I didn´t always listen to him.
But he made me better.
Keith lived a productive, impactful life, and he left me with two lessons that still guide me today:
o Cash is king.
o Delegate, organize, and eliminate.
Simple. Direct. Uncomfortable at times-but always true. That was Keith and his memory is forever within me.
To Keith Winters, I love you and I thank you for all that you have done for me. Sue and your other loved ones are in my thoughts and prayers.
Go Bucks!!!!!!
