Kelle Wingate Obituary

Kelle was born and raised in Kansas, living most of her younger years in Wichita. She married David Wingate on November 28, 1986, in Miami, Oklahoma and they made their home in Valley Center, Kansas. Kelle worked for Boeing Aircraft as a Quality Inspector until she and her husband retired to Ringold, Oklahoma in 2022. She was very artistic; painting, drawing and stained glasswork were among her favorite hobbies.
Those who knew Kelle best would describe her as being very outspoken, often voicing her opinions, where others would have kept quiet. She loved her family deeply and they truly were the greatest joy in her life. Above all else, Kelle was a woman of faith. She was baptized at the Calvary Baptist Church on April 11, 1993, and her love for the Lord carried her through the many valleys of her life. Kelle will be profoundly missed, yet her love and memory will live on in all who knew and loved her.
Kelle is survived by her husband, David Wingate of Ringold, OK; sons, Adam Wingate and wife, Ashley of Wichita, KS and Joel Wingate of Oklahoma City, OK; daughters, Shawn Jacquez of Wichita, KS and Amanda Erebia and husband, Louis of Houston, TX; 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; sisters, Nona Shane and husband, Paige of Kansas City, KS and April Bartell and husband, Bill of Hillsboro, KS; along with a host of other family, friends and loved ones.
