Kelley Chaffee-Fusco was born on September 17, 1976 to parents Roger and Tena Chaffee. She graduated from Seaford High School in 1994 and went on to earn an Associate Degree from Nassau Community College. Kelley endured many health challenges throughout her life. She was born with Cystic Fibrosis and received a double lung transplant in 2010. Kelley was a true warrior against all the storms life presented to her. Her unwavering support team included her devoted husband, Sabatino, loving parents, Roger & Tena, and a very special brother, RJ. Kelley and RJ shared a special bond as they both fought cystic fibrosis and received double lung transplants. Uniquely, both Kelley and her brother, RJ, both received their double lung transplants on the exact same day of the month in different years. Their shared saying was always "me and you 22". Kelley was blessed with 4 step children, whom she loved very much – Mason, Angelina, Sal & Alyssa. Her steadfast and tried and true dog, Teddie, brought her so much joy and unconditional love always. Her unforgettable presence will be deeply missed by so many. At this time all services for Kelley will be private.
