Kelli Lea Tyler, aged 35 years of age passed away on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma from an amniotic embolism at the birth of her fifth child. She was born on July 18, 1988 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Julie Lea Roach and the late Kelly R. Tyler. She was the oldest of two children who was lovingly known by her "bubba", Eric Tyler as his "sissy" and all her cousins as "Kelli Lea". Kelli grew up in the Midwest City area where she was a graduate of Midwest City High School, class of 2006. She attended Rose State College before having the first of her wonderful five children in 2007, Jordyn Tyler. She met her forever person in April of 2010, Michael Sweigart. Together they had four awesome children. Maxwell, Natalie, Maverick and now precious Jaylee. She is survived by her mother – Julie Roach & step-father Will George, her forever man Michael Sweigart of their home, her children Jordyn Tyler, Maxwell, Natalie, Maverick and Jaylee Sweigart, her brother & sister-in-law Eric & Shelby Tyler, nephew Jackson Tyler, her grandma Donna Reeves, grandparents Sonny & Joyce Luman and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Kelli's beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her children, mother, Michael, and brother. Kelli was a stay-at-home momma to her five beautiful children. She was a great momma to them and was the rock of her family. Kelli loved spending time with her family, laughing, and always wearing her beautiful smile. She loved and supported her children's efforts in volleyball, orchestra, choir, gymnastics, dance, homeroom mom and anything her children wanted to try. Kelli was an outspoken young lady who had a passion for helping any child in need. We witnessed this protection of children in public on numerous occasions. She was a devoted and loving partner, mother, daughter, sister. When she loved you, she loved you fiercely. Kelli had this statement posted on her Facebook page. Little did she know or any of us know "Once more into the fray. Into the last good fight I'll ever know. Live and die on this day." We will forever and always love you Kelli Lea Tyler!
Celebration of Life will be September 30th at 10:00a.m. at The Bridge Piedmont 4050 Edmond Rd NE Piedmont, OK
