Kelly Collins Obituary
Despite her physical impairments and inability to speak, Kelly lived a full, joyous, and active life. Her adventures as a child and adult were not unlike those of any other person. She was dad's little princess, and never far from his side. Her mother was devoted, and loving. Kelly loved her parents and siblings with every ounce of her being. She was happy, she was loved, and she will be deeply missed.

Kelly is survived by her devoted parents, Charles Robert Collins and Patricia Lynn Collins, who lovingly cared for her up to the day she passed. She is also survived by her siblings: Tina Strong and husband Bob Strong, Robert Collins and wife Jessica Collins, Joseph Collins and wife Sharon Collins, Debra Hale and husband Jerry Hale, Mary Collins and partner Chris Gendreau, Jon Collins and wife Heather Collins, Daniel Collins and wife Melia Collins, Tracy Gardner and husband Eric Gardner, Leslie Hatch and husband Josh Hatch, Matthew Collins, and wife Megan Collins.
A memorial service will be held on September 20, 2025, at 10:00 am at the LDS Church, 214 West Grovers Ave, Phoenix, Arizona 85023, where friends and family will gather to celebrate Kelly's life and legacy.
