Airway Heights - With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved Kelly Hill, who left this world surrounded by love. She was born in Fort Worth, Texas, to Rebecca Jane King and Glenn P. Hill, and from the very beginning, she brought warmth, laughter, and an adventurous spirit into the lives of those around her. She was a cherished daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. Though we are heartbroken, we take comfort in knowing that she lived a life filled with love, joy, and unforgettable memories.
Kelly's greatest accomplishment in life was, without a doubt, her five children: Amber and her husband, Chaz, Zackeria and his wife, Rebecca, McGavin and his wife, Angeila, Cory, and Harmony. She was endlessly proud of them, and she made sure the world knew it. Her love and devotion as a mother were unmatched, and her children were her pride and joy.
Kelly was blessed with many beloved grandchildren: Devon and his wife, Bailey, Kaden, Azlyn, Louis, Wesley, Prudence, Nixon, Etzcio, Michelle, Adam, Kellan, and Korinn, each of whom she adored. She also shared a special bond with her nieces and nephews, including Jacy, Cristen and Drammer, and Henry, always ensuring they knew how deeply they were loved. She also carried in her heart the memory of her nephew, Greg, who passed away in infancy. She took great joy in watching them grow, always making sure they knew how special they were to her. Her love extended even further as she became a great-grandmother to Saylor and Harper, adding yet another layer of joy to her remarkable life.
Beyond her family, Kelly was a mother and friend to everyone fortunate enough to know her. She had a heart big enough to welcome anyone as her own, always offering kindness, laughter, and unconditional love. Her presence could turn strangers into family, and her warmth will be deeply missed.
Kelly is survived by her sister, Penny and Penny's husband, Dennis; as well as her brother, Toby, who shared in her journey throughout her life. She was predeceased by her brother, Jody Shawn; her sister, Perri Sue, an older sister she never had the chance to meet. She was also preceded in death by her mother, Rebecca Tart; and her beloved father and best friend, Glenn Hill. We take comfort in knowing they are now reunited.
To know Kelly was to know laughter. Her sense of humor was unmatched, and her infectious laugh could light up any room. She had a way of making everyone feel welcome, loved, and at ease, no matter the circumstance. Her spirit was adventurous, she traveled the world, embracing new experiences with an open heart and an eagerness to make memories. She never let life pass her by; she lived it fully, fearlessly, and with a sense of wonder.
While we will forever miss her, we find peace in the countless stories, lessons, and moments she shared with us. Kelly's legacy lives on in the love she poured into her family, in the laughter she left behind, and in the adventurous spirit she instilled in us all.
Though our hearts ache, we choose to celebrate the beautiful life she lived. We will carry her love with us always, and we know she will continue to watch over us with that same warmth and pride.
Rest easy, Mom, Grandma, Great-Grandma, Sister, Aunt, Neighbor, and Friend. We love you more than words can say, and you will always be remembered.
