Kelsey was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lena and James Locklear, Carrie and James Allen Evans, his biological father, Hector Evans, his aunt Patsy Locklear, and his uncle Jerry Locklear.
Kelsey left to cherish his memories, his mother, and father, Jewel and Dan Lowery, his three beautiful kids, Lashae Canady, Alivia Locklear, and Holden Locklear, his three brothers, Cody and Jody Lowery, Shawn Jones and his four sisters, Sylvia Lowery, Becky Deese (Chad), Shannon Evans, Gwendalyn Ward, (Brandon), his uncle Currie Locklear (Michelle), including his three aunts, Corinthia Locklear, Arlin Woods, and Elaine Brumfield, also his nieces and nephews, cousins, as well as friends and family.
