Kendall Ray Hall, 82, of Euless, Texas, died on August 3, 2023, after kidney failure. He was born on April 12, 1941, in Sparta, Ohio, the son of Hoy and Ruth Hall.     He graduated from the Mount Vernon High School in 1959 and served in the Army from June 1960 to June 1962 on active duty, and until 1966 in reserve.   He was a pilot for most of his adult life, from 1964 when he got his private pilot license, to 2011, when he retired from Federal Aviation Administration as an Aviation Safety Inspector.     He is survived by his wife Galina Hall, of Euless, Texas, two daughters, Cherise Reese (John Reese) and Michelle Hall (Juan Saldana), both of Austin, Texas, son Vasily Hall (Lisa Hall), of Bedford, Texas, aunt Lila Frazier, of Centerburg, Ohio, nine nephews and a niece, three grandchildren, many grand-nephews and nieces, and their children. He was the last of four siblings, Jean Tindall-Blair, Joann Bradley, and Michael Hall.     Service will be held on October 21, 2023, at Robert's Funeral Home Chapel, Mount Vernon, Ohio, 12 p.m - 2 p.m. Entombment will be in Mt. Vernon Memorial Gardens cemetery.
