Kenneth B. Anton

Kenneth B. Anton, 74, of Canton, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 11. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather, and will be deeply missed by those who knew him.
Ken was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Mary, for 43 years. He was a loving father to his daughter, Jennifer (William) Bessette, and his son, Ryan Kenneth (Alyssa) Anton, and cherished his role as a grandfather to their sons, Luke and James. He took great pride in his family's accomplishments and loved spending time with them.
Born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, to Donald and Marie (Bruno) Anton, in addition to his passion for his family, Ken developed an interest in railway modeling. His enthusiasm brought him much joy throughout his life and he was an active member of the Massillon Railroad Club. He dedicated countless hours to the hobby, sharing his knowledge and passion with fellow enthusiasts.
Ken will be remembered for his kindness to those he knew, his infectious enthusiasm, and his unwavering love for his family. He leaves behind a legacy of memories that will be forever treasured by those who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his wife, Mary; his daughter, Jennifer; his son, Ryan; his grandsons, Luke and James; and sisters Donna (Donald) Daley, and Denis (Glenn) Rymer.
A Celebration of Life is being planned for Saturday, January 18, 2025 from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm at the Rossi Family Funeral Home, 730 30th Street NW, Canton, OH. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking you to consider donating to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
