Ryan Scott Carpenter

Ryan Scott Carpenter, age 36, of Canton, passed away on Monday, February 16, 2026, in Massillon, Ohio. He was born on June 14, 1989, in Cambridge, Ohio.

Ryan was a 2008 graduate of Tuslaw High School. Throughout his life, he worked various handyman jobs, including painting, and while living in Florida, he detailed cars. Ryan was an avid pool player and enjoyed playing cornhole. He loved riding four-wheelers, spending time with friends, and especially cherished his dog, Blaze. Ryan truly embraced life and made the most of every moment.

He is survived by his mother, Patty Powell (Al Anderson) of Hudson, Florida; his father, Kurt (Marcy) Carpenter of Cambridge, Ohio; his siblings, Trista Elaine (Jacob) Anderson of Homosassa, Florida, Ashley Dennis of Columbus, Ohio, Ambur (Dustin) Coleman of Columbus, Ohio, Krystal Dennis of Columbus, Ohio, and Derek, Clint, Brad, Fudd Anderson, and Tracy Ellis, all of Florida; his fiancée, Domnita Neff of Canton, and her daughter, Maddie Neff; as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

Ryan was preceded in death by his grandparents and several aunts and uncles, and his best friend Blaze.
