Kenneth R. Bach

Rockton, IL - Kenneth R. Bach, 85, of Rockton, IL, passed away on Monday, September 1, 2025 at SSM St. Mary's Hospital in Madison. He was born on January 15, 1940 in Beloit, WI, the son of Raymond and Rosella (Heying) Bach. Ken was a 1958 Beloit Catholic High School graduate. He married Sandra Thornton in 1960 and together they had 6 children. Ken later married Mary Jo Davison and she predeceased him on April 8, 2008. Ken had a long career in retail and later was self-employed as a woodworking craftsman. He was a former member of the Beloit Jaycee's and a current member of Beloit Lions Club for over 50 years. Ken enjoyed woodworking, golfing, craft shows, and watching old western T.V. shows. Survivors include the mother of his children and caregiver, Sandy Bach; children, Cindy (Bill) Galbrecht, Tami (Curt) Larson, Terri Bach, Chris (Mark) Waggoner, Sheila (Rick) Secoy, and Kevin (Denise) Bach; 18 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; siblings, Keith (Jean) Bach, Alan (Cheryl) Bach, Gary (Polly) Bach, Marilyn (Bob) Bach-Wille and David (Debbie) Bach; and sister-in-law, Marilyn Bach. Ken was predeceased by his parents; brothers, Donald and his wife Pat Bach, Dale Bach, and Charles Bach. A Visitation of Remembrance for Ken will be held 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 6, 2025 in the Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium, 2355 Cranston Rd., Beloit, WI, with sharing of memories to follow.
