Kenneth Connor Bishop

Kenneth Conner Bishop, 73, passed away on August 29, 2025. He was born on May 10, 1952, in Kingsville, Texas, to William David Bishop and Helen Frances Bishop (née Ruby).

Conner graduated from Texas A&I University in Kingsville in 1976. On June 5, 1982, he married the love of his life, Brenda, and together they shared 43 wonderful years of marriage. He retired from Dresser Industries after a long and dedicated career.

A devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, Conner will be remembered for his adventurous spirit, quick wit, and unwavering faith. He had a passion for fishing, golf, and the stock market, and remained actively involved in his fraternity and community. He loved to travel and brought joy to others through his kindness, humor, and generosity.

Conner was preceded in death by his parents; his beloved aunt, Patty Reese; and his grandmother, Helen Ruby.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda Bishop; daughter, Whitney Cappellari, and son-in-law, Chase Cappellari; grandchildren, Jonah and Reese Cappellari; brother, William David Bishop II; and cousins, Karen and Sarah Reese.
