Kenneth Buresh Obituary

Kenneth "Scotty" Buresh, age 63, passed away on October 13, 2025, at his home surrounded by his family following a brief illness. He was born on October 10, 1962, in Mile City, MT to the late Vincent and Donna (Jorgenson) Buresh. He grew up there with his brothers and sisters. Following high school Scotty enlisted in the Marine Corp and proudly served his country. While stationed at Camp Pendleton CA, he met Janet Zuelsdorf and the two hit it off. They married and their blended family began. Scotty was a skilled salesman and received many awards for his sales acumen while working for Pepsi. Prior to his retirement he worked for the State of Wisconsin.

Scotty is survived by his wife Jan, his children: Vincent (Amy) Steger, Trevor (Renee) Buresh, Brandie Buresh; grandchildren: Steele, Charles, and Lana. In addition, he is survived by siblings: Tim (Karen) Buresh, Allan (Kathy) Buresh, Gary (Deb) Buresh, Jan Marie (Andy) Adams as well as other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his infant grandson Simon; his parents and his sister Patti Gabel.

Per Scotty's request, the family will celebrate his life privately.
