KENNETH HOMER COOK, 62, of Higden departed this life on May 5, 2003. Born September 8, 1940, in North Little Rock to Thomas Homer and Margaret Cook.

Mr. Cook graduated from North Little Rock High School in 1958. He was in the construction business as a homebuilder and renovator for many years. When not working he could be found on the golf course or spending time with his family whom he loved very much. He will be remembered as a loving father, son, brother and friend. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Fred Cook.

Survivors include daughters, Kimberly Sharpe and husband Charles of Fayetteville, Melissa Inman and husband Kerry of Dewitt; brother Tom Cook of Little Rock; sisters Marilyn Cook, Katy Radcliff and Becky Cook of Little Rock; sister-in-law, Patricia Cook of Higden; and three grandchildren.

Mr. Cook will lie in state from 11:00 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, May 8 with the family receiving friends from 6-8 p.m. at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home, 7724 Landers Road, North Little Rock (501) 835-3515.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 9th, 2003 also at the funeral home with interment to follow at Edgewood Memorial Park Cemetery, North Little Rock, AR.
