Mr. Kenneth Davis was born in Newport News, Virginia on November 25, 1967 to Wessie (Moses) James and the late Cleveland Davis. He departed this life on Friday, December 23, 2022.
Kenneth attended Florence Public Schools.
Kenneth was a joy to the family. He had a smile that lit up any room. He loved his family dearly. He was a huge fan of the Buffalo Bills and loved him some Tupac Shakur. His favorite song was, “Me Against the World”. He loved playing spades with his twin brother, Keith as his partner.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his father, Cleveland Davis; a sister, Wanda F. McAllister; his paternal grandparents, Jimmy and Erlene Davis; his maternal grandparents, David and Annie McAllister; and a nephew, Markell Nero.
Kenneth leaves to cherish his precious memories: a son, Antonio (Ashley) Stubbs of Atlanta, Georgia; a daughter, Aaliyah Cooper of Florence, South Carolina; six grandchildren, Katori, Keiyon, Kaylin, all of Atlanta, Georgia, Ja’ssiah, Amirah and Emari all of Florence, South Carolina; his mother, Wessie (Moses) James of Florence, South Carolina; three sisters, Julia Dickey of Columbia, South Carolina, Latonia Davis and LaSharn (Patrick) McKnight both of Florence, South Carolina; his twin brother, Keith Davis of Florence, South Carolina; four special friends raised as brothers, Tirek Robinson, James Daniels, Andre Williams, and Leroy Williams all of Florence, South Carolina; twenty-six nieces and nephews, whom he loved dearly, Jaime (Dawn), Ebony (Reggie), Aiesha, DeQuincey, TyQuan, Brittney, Precious, Tia, Taj, Miracle, Tyler, Difari, Ma’Shala, Meosha, MaNiya, Jaianna, Zoe, Jaime, Jr., DaQuan, Dakahri, Tyvon, Domonique, Quamitri, Jaceion, Karter, and Madyson; a granddaughter, Ashley Robinson of Florence, South Carolina; a special cousin, Danyelle Sumter of Rock Hill, South Carolina; and a host of aunts, uncles, other relatives, and friends.
