Kenneth Dudley Obituary

Kenneth J. Dudley, Jr., 48, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at his home in Wiconisco, surrounded by the love and comfort of his family.

Born on July 31, 1977, in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, he was the beloved son of Barbara (Mathias) Heckendorn and the late Kenneth J. Dudley, Sr.

Ken attended school at Susquenita High School, where he met the love of his life, Pam. What began as a high school romance grew into a beautiful lifelong partnership of 32 years, built on love, loyalty, and unwavering support. Together they created a life full of memories and laughter while raising three wonderful children who were the pride and joy of his life.

Ken is survived by his beloved wife Pamela Dudley, his three children; Kayla Ritchie and husband, Gage, Trevor Dudley and fiancé, Justine Finkenbinder, and Brittany Dudley; grandchildren, Kadin and Remington Ritchie, Teagan and Dustin Dudley, Adelyn Parker, Aubree Haley and a grandson due in May, Kenneth Alexander Dudley; brothers Byron Dudley and wife, Christina, James "JB" Farrow; as well as several nieces, nephews, and loved ones.

Ken had a natural talent for working with his hands and pursued a career as a diesel mechanic, a trade he truly enjoyed. His strong work ethic and determination eventually led him to the road as a tractor-trailer driver. No matter the job or the long hours it required, Ken always worked tirelessly to provide for his family and to show them, day after day, how deeply he cared for them.

When he wasn't working, Ken loved spending time outdoors. Camping trips and traveling brought him great joy, but nothing meant more to him than time spent with his grandchildren. Being "Pap" was a role he treasured deeply, and he never missed a chance to laugh, play, and create special memories with them.

Ken will be remembered for his quick wit, warm heart, and the way he could bring laughter to any room. More than anything, he will be remembered for the incredible love he had for his family. He was a devoted husband, a proud father, and a deeply loving Pap whose presence brought comfort, humor, and strength to those who knew him. His love and legacy will live on in the hearts of his family and all who were fortunate enough to know him.

Services will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at the Duncannon Church of God in Duncannon, Pennsylvania. A public viewing will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., followed by a funeral service at 2:00 p.m, officiated by Pastor Sam Oradat.
