Dwight A. Tschopp, 80, of Wiconisco, passed away peacefully Saturday evening, January 24, 2026 at UPMC Harrisburg with his family at his side.

Without a doubt, his family was the center of his world. He will be remembered as a wonderful husband, dad, and Papa.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Russell Koppenhaver and David Tschopp.

Surviving are his wife, Ellen Wetzel Tschopp, with whom he spent over 55 years with; four children, Lori Tschopp, Wiconisco, Shelly Starr (Steve), Berrysburg, Michael Anderson (Becky), Lykens, and Shawnee Baron (Matt), York; his grandchildren he adored, Corry Tschopp (Hannah), Lynken Winters, Heath Starr (Natalie), Shaelyn Welker (Brock), Kyah Starr, Emily and Faith Anderson, Aaron Amato, Mark and Justin Miller, Charity Gochenour, David Stailey, and Illyra Frasca; one great grandson, Eli Tschopp; several nieces and nephews.
