He always caught bigger fish. I still loved fishing with him. I'll miss him greatly!

I first met Kenny at the Minnesota Renaissance Fair. I was new to art shows and he was like a "tutor" to me. I had also met his second wife Marilyn at a series of street shows and enjoyed seeing them evolve as a couple. One bond that Kenny and I had was our love for major league baseball. In '87 I had two tickets to the seventh game of the World Series. I called Kenny the day before the game and asked if he would be interested in going with me. He screamed yes! This was a memory that we shared from that day on and would talk about it every time we got together. Kenny and his daughter C. were special people in my life that I will never forget. I remember him as being the ever-loving dad in the background, as my sisters and I idolized Corie. She was a bit older than us and we really looked up to her. Ken always had a smile on his face and was so welcoming.

I am so sorry to Kenny´s family, he was a very special man. I met Kenny 15 years ago at Douglas Becker´s studio and we hit it off. Kenny had a presence when he entered the room & he was a beautiful man with true charisma. Kenny was patient and wonderful to converse with even regarding politics & religion! Such a great loss to his family, friends, and associates, God bless Kenny´s family during this difficult time.
