New Iberia, LA – A home-going celebration of life for Mr. Kenneth Frank, 52, will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, March 11, 2023, at Saint John Baptist Church-Belle Place (413 Teche Lake Road) with Rev. Dr. D'Andre J. Cross, Sr., officiating.
He will await the resurrection in Saint John Baptist Church Cemetery (Belle Place Community) in New Iberia, LA.
Visitation hours will be observed at Fletcher Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, March 11, 2023, beginning at 7:00 A.M. until 8:30 A.M. Visitation hours will resume at Saint John Baptist Church-Belle Place beginning at 9:00 A.M. until the time of the service.
Kenneth was resident of New Iberia, LA, he transitioned at 2:41 P.M. on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at Ochsner Christus Saint Patrick Hospital in Lake Charles, LA.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife: Rhenona Mitchell Frank of Abbeville, LA; one son: Ken Ray Ledet of New Iberia, LA; four daughters: Shakari Williams, Makayla Frank, Arianna Bridges, and Aniya Martin all of New Iberia, LA; his mother: Geraldine Frank of New Iberia, LA; two brothers: Anthony Frank (Tweety) of New Iberia, LA and Roy Frank, Jr. (Renee) of Baton Rouge, LA; six grandchildren: Kenzi Ledet, Ken'Rae Ledet, Kaylan Ledet, Kartie Ledet all of New Iberia, LA, Ayden Garcia and Amora Williams both of Abbeville, LA; seven godchildren: Chasity Frank, Justin Williams, Juwan Allen, Kaylan Lewis, JaRyan Chambers, Jazayleigh Chambers, and Anthony Levy, Jr; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father: Roy Frank, Sr; paternal grandparents: Leroy Frank and Conella Frank; maternal grandparents: Howard Lopez and Mabel Lopez; mother-in-law: Gloria Ursin Mitchell; one brother: Calvin Frank; two sons: Timothier Welcome and Adontaee Martin.
Active pallbearers are Kaylan Lewis, David Antoine, Mark Roman, Neiman Frank, Rodney Davenport, Chad Lopez, Lance Johnson, and David Lopez.
Honorary pallbearers are Edward Roman, Terrence Ursin, Brice Ursin, Donald Lopez, Jr., Ernest Hypolite, Jr., Anthony Johnson, Jr., Jason Johnson, Christopher Henry, Jr., and Garry "Big Shoon" Eaglin.
