Kenneth Gray Hauser, 88, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, in Bermuda Run, NC. He was born on September 24, 1937, in Lewisville, NC to the late Shelby and Alice Angell Hauser. Kenneth was a cherished member of his community and a devoted family man. Kenneth's devotion to his education was evident as he graduated from Lewisville School. He then embarked on a fulfilling career at the R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company, where he worked diligently until his well-deserved retirement. His work ethic was only rivaled by his commitment to his hobbies. Kenneth's passion for singing was most vividly demonstrated in his duets with his late wife, Jo Ann Hauser. The love and harmony they shared in these moments were emblematic of their bond. His adept hands also found joy in woodworking, working on cars, and gardening. His creations were not only a testament to his skill but also to the love he put into every project. Kenneth was a proud member of the Center Grove Baptist Church, where his faith and commitment to his community were evident. His unwavering faith and the strength he drew from it were a beacon to those around him. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Jo Ann Hauser, and his cherished sister, Rebecca Bailey. Their memories will forever live on in his heart and continue to inspire those who knew them. Kenneth is survived by his son, Gray Hauser and wife Megan, daughter Penny Bell and husband Owen. His memory will also be fondly remembered by his grandchildren, Matt Hauser and wife Abbi, Katie Robertson and husband Nick, Morgan Rackley and husband Sandy, Jake Hauser, and Nathan Bell and fiancé Emma. His great-grandchildren, Ayden Hauser and Ensley Rackley, will grow up hearing stories of their beloved great grandfather's wisdom and warmth. Kenneth's life was a testament to the power of love, hard work, and faith. His memory will continue to inspire his family and all those who knew him. His spirit, his joy, and the love he gave so freely will forever be missed but never forgotten.
