Kenneth Hickman

Kenneth Leon Hickman was born in Paterson at the Barnert Hospital on June 14, 1969, and departed this life on Friday, November 25, 2022, after a lengthy illness.
He was a lifelong resident of Paterson, and he attended Public School No. 6 and Eastside High School. In later years, Kenneth became a cook and worked in Paramus, New Jersey.
To the many family and friends who knew Kenneth, witnessed that he enjoyed music, loved to talk to people and he loved to pray.
Kenneth was full of fun and laughter. He would always bring joy into any space where he was at that time.
As a father, he loved and was very proud of his two children, Zion and Zemere. He also loved his mother, she was one of a kind, Margret Hickman.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his father, Samuel Wilder and his maternal grandparents John and Minnie Wilder, Henry and Marie Hickman and Uncle Johnny Wilder, New York.
In loving memory, he leaves behind two biological sisters; Tony Robinson and Marie Fairfax of West Virginia and Columbus, Ohio; his devoted friends Maurice (aka Bee Just) Bobbie & Freddy Wimberly, Kevin Lawson (aka Drama); Joann Wimberly, Warren Ellis, Cee Born and Marie Johnson.
