Kenneth R. Hohn

Kenneth R. Hohn, 79, of Oakdale, South Fayette Township, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 1, 2026 in his home surrounded by his loving family.

Kenneth was born on July 31, 1946 in Oakdale, a son of the late Robert R. and Francis F. Hertzler Hohn.

Mr. Hohn was retired from the HVAC industry where he worked for Triangle Air for 36 years. Before working at Triangle Air, Kenneth served in the United States Air Force. Mr. Hohn loved being outdoors hunting and fishing. Kenneth was fortunate enough to find the love of his life early on. Ken and his loving wife, Sharon were married for 60 wonderful years. The two were two peas in a pod and truly enjoyed their time together. As time went on Ken's family grew and so did his heart. He was a proud husband, dad and pappy. Ken was devoted to his family and loved spending time with them and occasionally causing some trouble. You knew you were loved when Ken would playfully pick on or joke with you. He always had something to say and those smart remarks and his infectious laugh and smile are what will be missed most about Ken.

Surviving is his wife and best friend, Sharon L. Moss Hohn, children, Lori Lee Hohn and Tanya Mae (Richard) Marx, grandchildren, Bryanne Lee Benard, Jessica Rae Bascovsky and Kenneth Robert Benard, great grandchildren, Aiden, Ariyah and Kaeson, siblings, Lois Kelvington and Donna Zgoreliski.

Along with his parents, Kenneth is preceded in death by his siblings, Virginia "Anna" Karim, Ed Hohm Carole Moreau, Glenn Hohn, Kathy Guzzo and Robert Hohn, step-sister, Patsy Handick.

Friends and family will be received on Thursday, March 5, 2026 from 6-8 p.m. at Thomas-Little Funeral Service, Inc. and Crematory, 5000 Noblestown Rd., Oakdale (724-693-2800). Inurnment will occur at a later date at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
