David Atkins Obituary
Beloved Father of Kristi and Sean. Very special "Pappy" to the joys of his life, grandsons Garrett and Austin.
David received his MSN from Waynesburg University and spent his entire life in service to others. Most of his 45-year career was spent at Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh as Unit Director for CVICU and the operating room.
Although David will be greatly missed, we know, with absolute certainty he's in the loving arms of Jesus, his Savior, hearing well done good and faithful servant!
At Davids request there will be no visitation. Arrangements are entrusted to Thomas-Little Funeral Service, Inc. and Crematory, 5000 Noblestown Rd., Oakdale (724-693-2800).

It was beautiful watching Dave serve the Lord. He always wore a warm smile and made everyone feel seen, valued and loved. What a terrible loss for this world, I know our loss is heaven´s gain. We will be praying for peace that surpasses all understanding to be upon you Debbie, and the entire family.
