Kenneth Dale "Tex" Howard

Kenneth "Tex" Dale Howard, 68 years old of Kirksville, Missouri, passed away Monday, December 29, 2025, unexpectedly in his home.
Kenneth was born July 16, 1957, in Kirksville, Missouri to William and Violet (Handley) Howard.
Kenneth is survived by Tammy Parrish and her children of the home. As well as one son, William "Ashley" and wife Trinity Howard; three daughters, Tonya Wise; Kenna Howard and Kelsey Howard; two brothers, Robert and Richard; one sister, Fleta (Terry) Michael; seven grandchildren, Megen Hollon; Ryan Hollon; Cheyenne Parrish; Autumn Frederick; Remington Homer; Camden Smith; and Carson Smith; seven great grandchildren, Declan Hollon; Hudson Hollon; Paisley Kempf; Colton Frederick; Kyle Frederick; Aaron Vansickle; and Oakley Vansickle. Along with several nieces and nephews.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, William and Violet; six brothers, James (in-infancy); William; Edward "Yogi"; Edwin "Dwayne"; Harold; and Raymond; three sisters, Ada; Dorothy; and Shirley.
Kenneth received most of his education from Green City R-1 but received his GED at a later date. He was employed with ConAgra in Milan, Missouri for around 17 years before helping his brother with a mowing business.
Kenneth has been cremated, and a celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date. Memorial contributions will be accepted and can be left at Ruschmeier-Smith Funeral Home in Milan, Missouri in c/o William Howard or Tonya Wise to help with the cost of expenses.
