The first and only time I met Ken and Winnie, was at my brother-in-law's house (Ron Jacobs), in Gresham, Oregon. I don't remember the exact date, but somewhere around early 1990s. He definitely made a wonderful and lasting impression on me after learning he had been in the Air Force and was an electrical engineer. Very strong, no-nonsense man. He will definitely be missed.
