Funeral Services for Mr. Kenneth Loftin Kirkley, of Collins, will be conducted, Saturday, January 20,2024 at 2:00 PM at Saulters Moore Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow in Lone Star Cemetery. Brother Lon Keen will officiate, assisted by Brother Hunter Keen. Mr. Kirkley, age 81, passed away on Friday, January 12, 2024 at the South Central Medical Center in Laurel. Saulters Moore Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
Visitation will be held Saturday, January 20, 2024 from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 PM at Saulters Moore Funeral Home.
Kenneth Loftin Kirkley was born on January 30, 1942 in Hattiesburg, MS to Jasper and Eunice Mathis Kirkley. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Robert Keath Kirkley; his brothers, Jack and Johnny Kirkley and his sister Rachel Kirkley Schexnayder.
Kenneth is survived by his wife, Shirley Besson Kirkley; his children, Barry (Myra) Kirkley, Rachel (Jeremy) Kirkley, Beverly Kirkley (Mike) Arant; grandsons, Trevor (Kasey) Kirkley, Kyle Arant and his great-grandchildren, Reagan, Kasen and Rilyn Kirkley.
