Kenneth Lewis Miller, 77, of Hurst passed away peacefully on February 7th, 2025, in Bedford, Texas. Kenneth was born in Fort Worth, Texas to his loving and devoted parents Lewis and Mozelle Miller He was raised and spent the entirety of his life in North Texas. Kenneth Graduated from L. D Bell High School in 1965. He spent two years during the Vietnam War serving in an artillery unit in Germany after training at Fort Polk and Fort Sill for the U.S Army. In 1972, he met and fell in love with his wife, Mary Alice Johnson of Hurst He later went on to serve the general public in his career until retirement as a technician for GTE/ Later becoming Verizon.

Out of the many titles he held in this life he was most proud of his title as a Christian. He was loyal to his lord and savior through the many hours he spent in service at Airport Freeway, Pipeline Road and Legacy Churches of Christ. Kenneth was a member of the Tarrant County Cycling Club and spent many days riding 100 + mile bike rides well into his late 60s. He enjoyed traveling, fishing, boating, hiking, metal detecting, and collecting coins

When many of us ask ourselves what we consider our greatest achievements, we list degrees and awards and various honors. But, if you asked Kenneth what he was most proud of he would tell you that it is those that he has left behind.

He is preceded in death by many warm and cherished family members including his grandparents: Elijah and Gladys Wise and Mary and Henry Miller. Parents Mozelle and Lewis Miller, and he might joke most importantly, his beautiful doggy daughters Bitsy and Heidi.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Mary Alice Johnson Miller of Hurst.
