Barbara Ann Webb Miller, 93, died Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at the Dozier Hospice House in Tallahassee, Florida. Barbara was born March 8,1933 in Bradenton, Florida and moved at a young age to Tallahassee. She graduated from Leon High School in 1951 and attended Florida State University. She married Farris DeWitt Miller, Jr. in 1957 and they were married for 38 years until his passing in 1995. She was also predeceased by her parents, Agnes and Frank Kline Webb, Sr.; brothers Frank K. Webb, Jr. (Lorelle), Jack C. Webb (Sissy) and Robert A. Webb, Sr. (Joann).

Barbara was formerly employed with her husband's CPA practice as well as the Florida Commission on Ethics. She and DeWitt were members of Springtime Tallahassee and the Town Club. After retirement, she treasured spending time with her family and lifelong friends, sharing many gatherings over the years in town, at the beach, and in the mountains. Barbara had fond memories of traveling in her later years and was always ready for fun and adventure.

Barbara was a loving mother and grandmother and is survived by her two sons, F. DeWitt Miller III (Kathy) and H. Kline Miller (Kim); grandchildren Arden Miller Fernandez (Ned), Cameron Miller Howard (Blake), Sarah Miller and Sam Miller; four great-grandsons, Thomas and Parker Fernandez, Miller and Andrew Howard; and several nieces and nephews.

Barbara was a member of St. Peter's Anglican Cathedral. Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, March 26, 2026, at St. Peter's. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Building Fund at St. Peter's Anglican Cathedral or Big Bend Hospice.
