Age 64, of Lancaster Ohio passed away peacefully on May 26 2025
Ken was born on Dec. 25th 1960, in Houston Tx, to Simon and Juanita (Zamora) Rodriguez.
Ken was retired from Lowes after 20 years of service. Ken was a man of quiet strength, known for his kind heart and dedication to family.
He was a proud veteran of United States Marine Corps. Ken lived a life of service and honor, following the examples set by his brothers and father in law Dave Kline. A transplant recipient of 6 years, Ken faced life with resilience and grace. He was a jack of all trades who took great pride in working with his hands and teaching his wife, sons and nephew how to use tools. Ken found joy in building, fixing and creating. things like the cat catio he put so much time and effort into.
Ken enjoyed spending time with family playing with dominos, cards, building legos, and enjoying some good food or showing off his latest crystals he finished polishing off to his niece. Ken loved spending time with his wife Jamie, whether they were on vacation or enjoying a quiet evening at home. He was the happiest surrounded by family.
Ken was an avid animal lover who had quite the collection of pets. Ken is survived by his beloved wife Jamie Rodriguez, children, Ben, Evan, Katlyn and Maddie, grandchildren Nadia, Sylas and Jasper. He is also survived by siblings Tino, Lola, John, Robert, Sandra, Clarissa, Chris, Linda ,Michelle; father in law Dave and Jenny Kline; mother in law Linda Kline, sister in laws Brandi and Keli; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Ken was proceeded in death by his parents Simon and Juanita (Zamora) Rodriguez and siblings Ernie, Simon Jr, Jacob, Cecilia and grandson Bryston. Ken will be remembered for his selfless nature, his laughter and the love he shared with everyone fortunate enough to know him. He leaves behind a legacy of strength, kindness and unwavering devotion to Family and country.
The first celebration of life for Ken will take place from 2-5 PM on June 17, 2025 at the River Church, 2190 Coonpath Rd NW, Lancaster, OH 43130. The second will take place from 11-3 PM on June 28, 2025 in Grange Hall at the Fairgrounds, 1001 W Market St., Celinia, OH 45822.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Kens name to Lifeline of Ohio.
