Kenneth Phillip Roskos, born on November 19, 1947, in Detroit, Michigan to the late Paul and Louise (Sroka) Roskos, passed away on June 5, 2025, at the age of 77.
A proud Polish Catholic, Kenneth was a devoted member of St. Isaac Jogues Catholic Church. His faith, sense of humor, and outgoing personality were the hallmarks of a life well lived. A true motorcycle enthusiast, he rode his 1936 BSA Military Issue bike in the Clawson 4th of July parade every year. He was also a proud member of the John F. Kennedy Knights of Columbus Council No. 5460.
Kenneth is survived by his beloved wife, Emily (Dest) Roskos; his loving daughter, Ann (Robert) Parnis; his siblings: Phyllis (Jerry) Spinelli, Robert Roskos, Michaelene (Judy) Kuskowski, and Michael (Mary) Roskos; as well as many nieces and nephews who affectionately called him "Uncle Elvis."
He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Louise Roskos; and his sisters: Florence (Walter) Alexander, Mary Lou (Joseph) Lagarde, and Elaine (Robert) Smolarek. Kenneth will be remembered fondly for his quiet strength, unwavering devotion to family, and steadfast faith.
Visitation will take place on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Bagnasco & Calcaterra Funeral Home, 25800 Harper Ave, St. Clair Shores, MI 48081. A Rosary service will be held at 7:00 p.m.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, June 12, 2025, at St. Isaac Jogues Catholic Church, 21100 Madison Ave, St. Clair Shores, MI 48081. Kenneth will lie in state at 9:30 a.m. until the Mass begins at 10:00 a.m.
