Kenneth Scott

Funeral service for Kenneth Scott, 83, will be Friday, March 6, 2026 at 3:00 PM at Center Springs Methodist Church with Bro. Craye Hall officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Center Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, March 6, 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Center Springs Methodist Church.

Mr. Scott died on Sunday, March 1, 2026 at Cullman Regional Medical Center. He was born February 14, 1943, in Morgan County, to James Thomas Scott and Lois Darnell Scott.

He was employed by Saginaw, as a Maintenance Worker, for 30+ years prior to his retirement. He was well respected for his maintenance ability. He was a man who loved working and if he knew that the world were ending tonite he would work a double shift. He was also a United States Air Force Veteran. Kenneth loved Alabama football and fishing. Before his death, he had accepted Christ as his personal Saviour.

Preceding him in death were his parents, a son- Tommy Scott, three brothers- Wayne, Ray, and Jimmy Scott and a sister- Carolyn Scott.

Wife - Lana Scott,

Son - Kenny Scott (Patti),

Step-sons- Caleb and Nicolas,

Daughters - Kerri Sykes (Nathan) and
Terri DeSoto (Kevin),

Brother - Bobby Scott (Melinda),

Sister - Peggy Taylor (Cecil),

and Ten Grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Caleb Byrd, Michael Byrd, Colin Hardman, Chris Humphries, Zack Saint, and John Scott.
