Kenneth Robert Swanson

Mr. Kenneth R. Swanson, son of Marvina Swanson and the late Charles Ledbetter was born on January 24, 1963 in Salem, New Jersey. He departed this life on May 8, 2023 at Christiana Hospital in Newark, Delaware.
Kenneth received his education in the Public Schools of Wilmington, Delaware. Kenneth also attended Job Corp and took up being a mechanic which was right up his alley because he loved working on cars, and he also did some construction work. One of his hobbies was playing pool and he loved music.
Kenneth always loved to make others laugh; he had a smile that would light up a room. Kenneth was sixty years old in a twenty five year old body, so young spirited, he loved his brothers and all of his family.
Kenneth is predeceased by his wonderful grandparents who raised him, the late Marvin and Ruth Swanson.
Kenny leaves behind five sons who he loved dearly: Kenneth Coston (Isis), Tyrone Coston, Vance Hopkins, Lemuel Harding (Chenail) and Damian Harding; Mother: Marvina Swanson; Brothers: Dale aka Do Dirty Swanson (Tawanna), Jeremy aka Jay Swanson (Latoya): 15 grand-children, 5 nieces, and 3 nephews; three aunts: June Watson very devoted aunt/ mother, Octavia Swanson (Marvin), Eyvone Swanson (Posie); Uncle: Robert Swanson and a host of cousins and friends.
Kenny's memories will continue to live on in the hearts of his family.
Kenny will be missed.
