Kenneth Wayne Taylor

Kenneth Wayne Taylor, 79 of Dresden, passed away Friday, January 2, 2026, at his home. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at 11 am at Bowlin Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens in Jackson, TN. Visitation will be Tuesday at Bowlin Funeral Home from 9 am until service time at 11 am. Kenneth was retired from Goodyear, and worked at MTD as a security guard for over 20 years. He was a faithful member of Macks Grove Baptist Church, where he was a Sunday School teacher, treasurer, and served on several committees. He was a graduate of Dresden High School, as well as a beloved husband, father, brother, and grandfather. Kenneth was born in Palmersville on September 14, 1946 to the late Junior Eskridge and Virginia Ruth Watson Taylor. He is survived by his wife of 39 years Loretta Ann Pritchard Taylor, sister Rita (Steve) Baker, brother Danny (Susie) Taylor, daughter Suzanne Sumler, sons Michael Taylor, Keith, Mark, and Scott Sumler, 9 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.
