Kenneth Dwayne Trail (also known as "Ken" or "Kenny" to his family, friends, and colleagues) was born on December 3, 1958 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Kenneth Dail Trail and Velma Irene (Hager) Trail. His last moments in this life, on January 1st, 2026, were shared with his two children by his side.

He is now reunited with his family and loved ones who have preceded him in death – his wife, Beverly Trail; his father, Kenneth; his mother, Velma; and his sister, Debra Birdsong. He leaves a lifetime of memories and stories to be cherished by his survivors: his son Brandon Trail and wife Audrea; his daughter Kristen Trail and husband Dillon Bruner; and his grandchildren Brooke Trail and Brandon Trail (who lovingly referred to him as "Papa").

Ken was a devoted and dedicated husband, Dad, and Papa who lived to provide for his family and protect his children and grandchildren. He was a dependable and loyal friend, exemplified by the friendships he held close to his heart for decades. He was a towering pillar of strength for those who loved and admired him, and he was always ready to offer a guiding hand to a friend, colleague, or family member that needed help or support. His unwavering presence in the lives of his family and friends will be remembered with gratitude, missed with tremendous sorrow, and celebrated with the laughter we shared.

The Trail family would like to express sincere appreciation and gratitude to everyone who has embraced us in our time of loss and sent words of love, encouragement, and support. Thank you to everyone who has contributed to today's service and those who have chosen to be present in this moment with our family. We are so thankful for your kindness.
