Kenneth John Wesenberg, 72, of Crookston, MN, passed away on Saturday August 23, 2025, at Villa St Vincent surrounded by his loving family.
Ken was born on March 31, 1953, in St Cloud, MN to Duane "Buck" Wesenberg and Lorraine Mueller Wesenberg. He graduated from Sauk Rapids High School in Sauk Rapids, MN. Ken lived in Sartell, MN and Osakis, MN most of his life before moving to Crookston to be with his daughter. Ken was an avid fisherman who loved to spend time fishing with his son, Greg and grandson, Otto. He was also a cat lover who had lots of cats that he cared for throughout his life.
Ken is preceded in death by his parents, Duane "Buck" Wesenberg and Lorraine Mueller Kedrowski and his sister, Beverly Callahan.
He is survived by his children, Renae Wesenberg and Greg (Kelsey) Wesenberg; grandchildren, Eloise and Otto Wesenberg; sisters, Joan Kardell (Gary), Katherine Hoffman; brother, Thomas Wesenberg (Brenda).
Ken's family will celebrate his life with a memorial service on Friday September 5, 2025, at 1:00 pm at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Sauk Rapids, MN with a luncheon following the service at Sauk Rapids Municipal Park Log Building.
