Kenny "Pop" Etheridge

Funeral service for Kenny "Pop" Etheridge age 68 of Decatur will be Monday, December 22, 2025, at 1:00pm at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Donnie Grantland officiating with burial in the Somerville Church of God Cemetery with Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be from 11:00am until service time on Monday at the funeral home.

Kenny, who was born January 16, 1957, in Morgan County to James Edward Etheridge and Gladys Marie Moland Etheridge, died on Friday, December 19, 2025, at his home. His parents preceded him in death.

Kenny loved God, Family, Auburn, and Brooks and Dunn. He owned Etheridge Heating and Cooling and Etheridge Construction, and Double K Farms. He had worked as the construction manager for the Decatur Housing Authority before retirement. He loved cattle farming, his tractors and in his spare time, playing a round of golf with his buddies and grilling for his family and friends.

Kenny loved sports, the Priceville Bulldogs but most of all he loved his family, especially his grandchildren and was their biggest supporter.
