Kent Fred Wade ObituarySHELTON, CT: Kent Fred Wade, age 66 of Shelton, he entered peaceful rest on July 9, 2025. Mr. Wade was born October 29, 1958 in Milo, Maine, son of the late Orrin F. and Irene (Smith) Wade. Kent spent his early years in Maine before moving to Connecticut where he lived for most of his life. He was a member of the First Congregational Church of Derby, and he was a retired Helicopter Mechanic having worked at Sikorsky Aircraft for many years until recently retiring. Kent was a fan of NASCAR Racing, and also of the Boston Redsox, and the NY Jets.
Mr. Wade leaves his loving sister, Narda Allen of Seymour, and his niece, Amanda Blair of Wallingford, CT.
