Kenzie Rae True, 2 of Taylorville, IL, passed away on December 4, 2023, at Taylorville Memorial Hospital. She was born on December 9, 2020, in Springfield, IL, to Robert Chandler True and Breana Jayde Carmichael.
She is survived by her Parents: Robert True and Breana Carmichael of Taylorville, IL; Brother: Cayden True; Grandparents: Terry and Sheryl Carmichael of Taylorville, IL; Duane and Deb True of Blue Mound, IL; Great-Grandparents: Glenna Porter of Taylorville, IL; Marcia Dart of Decatur, IL; Aunts and Uncles: Blake Carmichael and fiancé Mallory Brotherton of Orlando, FL; Savana (Alex) Ziros of Taylorville, IL; Kyle Carmichael of Taylorville, IL; Blake True of Blue Mound, IL; Chase True of Blue Mound, IL; Brooke Kent of Blue Mound, IL; as well as many other Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
Kenzie was preceded in death by her Great-Grandparents: Ralph Porter; Gordon and Lorraine Carmichael; Bud Dart; William and Sandra True; and her Uncle: Duane True II.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2023, from 9:00-11:00 a.m. at Taylorville First United Methodist Church. A funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Becky Lembke officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the wishes of the family, at First United Methodist Church.
