Kerry Joe Bridges Obituary
Kerry Joe Bridges, age 76, passed away Wednesday, October 16, 2024 in Longmont, CO. Mr. Bridges was born in Savannah, GA to the late Spencer Russell Bridges and Marian Hunt Bridges. Mr. Bridges was a custodian at the Bryan County Courthouse for over 10 years and was a member of Ellabell United Methodist Church. He loved animals and enjoyed sitting on his front porch and watching The Price is Right.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Bridges was preceded in death by two brothers, Storm Bridges and Ralph Bridges.
Survivors include his sister and brother-in-law, Marty and Randy Bragg of Cheyenne, WY; two nephews and nieces, Christopher and Alyssa Bragg of Frederick, CO and Michael and Alette Bridges Bragg of Nederland, CO; great nieces and a great nephew, Avery, Owen and Amelie and very loving friend, Janet Reeves.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 24, 2024 at Flanders Powell Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, October 25, 2024 in the chapel of Flanders Powell Funeral Home with Pastor Stan Tyson officiating.
Interment will be 2 P.M. Friday, October 25, 2024 in Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery.
Flanders Powell Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements for Kerry Joe Bridges.
