So much time has passed between us, I´m not even sure where to begin or what to say.
There was a time in my life when I couldn´t imagine ever being without you, much less wanting to be without you. But just as seasons change, so did we. Still, there remains a special place in my heart that is just for you. And I´m so thankful for the times we shared, for the lives we shared, and for the love we shared. You were my first true love.
I still remember the day you told me that if God wanted us to be together, we would be... And now, I look forward to a new day, hoping that you found peace and comfort in Jesus, just as I have. I´ve prayed for years that you would. The truth is, God´s plans for our lives were all that really mattered then, and they are all that really matter now.
Thank you for loving me, and thank you for being my friend.
Love Paul
