Kerry Glenn Peters

Kerry Glenn Peters was born March 1, 1958 and formerly lived in Overview, Pa in Cumberland County, passed away peacefully at Chambersburg Hospital on Sept. 24, 2025 in the presence of family members after a short fight with some medical conditions. Kerry was preceded in death by his parents Daniel W and C Winifred (Rutman) Peters and one brother Chris L Peters. He is survived by two older brothers, Steven L Peters and his wife Linda (Menke) and Mark A Peters and his wife Kay (Gilbert), seven Nieces and Nephews, many Grand Nieces and Nephews and one Great Grand Niece. Kerry worked in several warehouse jobs mostly driving forklifts, was there to take care of both our parents in their final years and additionally made our mother's life enjoyable by taking her on several trips and cruises. Kerry spent his final few years living with his Niece Amanda and her family in Gettysburg. Kerry's passion was bowling. He was most proud of the fact that he bowled Two 300 games, one right handed and one left handed in two separate league sanctioned games. He will be missed by all. There will be no formal services but we are planning a Celebration of Life held in January 2026. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to your favorite cancer charity.
