Born in Chios, Greece, Kety was the youngest of 7 children. Her and Angelo married in her hometown of Kofina in 1962, and they started their family there before moving to Dayton, Ohio, to build a life in America. Together her and Angelo raised their children and opened restaurants in Dayton and Houston before moving to Cleveland, where they later became Yiayia and Pappou, relationships they loved deeply. After 45 years of marriage and her husband's passing, Kety devoted her life to her children and grandchildren.
VISITATION at YURCH FUNERAL HOME, 5618 Broadview Rd. Parma, OH 44134 on FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 8, 2023 from 4 to 6PM. TRISAGION SERVICE 5PM.
FUNERAL SERVICE at STS. CONSTANTINE AND HELEN GREEK ORTHODOX CATHEDRAL, 3352 Mayfield Rd. Cleveland Hts, OH 44118 on SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 9, 2023 at 11AM.
Interment at St. Theodosius Cemetery.
