Kevin R. Ackerman

Kevin R. Ackerman, 65 of Mount Pleasant ( Bullskin Twp.) passed away on Monday June 23, 2025 in Independence Health System Frick Hospital. He was born on March 23, 1960 in Mount Pleasant a son of Barbara McConnell Ackerman of Bullskin Twp and the late Raymond Ackerman. Kevin was a graduate of Connellsville High School and he was employed in highway construction and was a member of Cement Masons Local #526. He was a member of the Paradise Bowling League and a member of the Mount Pleasant Church of God. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Marsha Welker Ackerman; two sons, Chad Ackerman of Chattanooga, TN and Dustin Ackerman and his wife Caitlyn of White; his grandchild that is on the way, granddaughter, Rilie; his sister, Kim DeMarchi and her husband John of Stahlstown and numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received from 6-8 P.M. Wednesday and 2-4,6-8 P.M. Thursday in the BROOKS FUNERAL HOME, INC., 406 E. Washington St., Mount Pleasant, PA. Additional viewing will take place on Friday in the Mount Pleasant Church of God from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. the hour of services with Rev. Brian Zeisloft officiating.
