Kevin Paul Begosh

Kevin Paul Begosh of Hagerstown, Maryland, passed away suddenly on January 14, 2026.

Kevin was born on June 9, 1980, in Olney, MD, son of Allan Begosh, Cathy Howard and step-father Bill Howard. He is survived by his loving wife, Lauren; sons Maddox, Sawyer, and Phoenix; daughter Marley; brothers Jamie Begosh and Dustin Begosh-Mayne; sisters Danielle Mayne, Dawn-Marie Bey, sister-in-law Debbie Begosh; and several loving nieces and nephews.

He grew up in Damascus, where he developed a lifelong love of sports, playing baseball and basketball in his early years and later played golf and tennis at Damascus High School. He went on to graduate from Salisbury University with a degree in Management Information Systems. Following his education, he built a successful career spanning more than 20 years in information technology, working with both private companies and federal agencies, where he was valued for his expertise and dedication.

Kevin loved to entertain and was truly the life of the party, bringing laughter and energy wherever he went. He enjoyed time at the beach, listening to music, camping with friends and family, playing golf, and he took great pride in being actively involved with his kid's sports teams. He was always up for an adventure and had a special love for animals including his newly adopted puppy, Buttercup. He was a devoted Washington Commanders fan and enjoyed listening to The Sports Junkies, which was part of his morning routine.

He will always be remembered for his huge heart, generosity, and unwavering love for his family and friends. You couldn't have asked for a better parent, son, brother, or friend, and he will be missed each and every day. Though he is gone, his memory will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know and love him.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 21, at 12pm at Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home, 1331 Eastern Blvd N, Hagerstown, MD 21742.
