Kevin "Breeze" K. Bynum Jr. passed away on Sunday, August 10th, 2025 in Dade City, Florida at the age of 38.
Kevin was born on January 23rd, 1987 in Virginia to loving parents Roxanne and Kevin Bynum Sr. Along the way, he became the eldest brother to four siblings: Jessica, Kurtis, Willow, and Brooke. Kevin took great pride in being an older brother, providing guidance and endless jokes to his siblings throughout his life.
Kevin devoted his career to coaching gymnastics, passionate about training young athletes and helping them reach their full potential. Kevin's greatest love, however, was being a father to his two children Anastasia (7) and Alexander (6). Kevin was also expecting a baby girl due in December 2025. Kevin quickly blossomed into the role of "daddy" as he created memories of silly voices and fun outings with his kids. He has left a lasting impact on Anastasia and Alexander as an irreplaceably attentive, loving, and generous father.
Never taking life too seriously, Kevin loved having fun with those closest to him. To his numerous friends throughout his life, he had earned the nickname "Breeze." Kevin's most notable friends were Kyle Preston and Alicia Edwards, who will remember him fondly for the years of memories made.
Kevin is survived by his parents: Roxanne and Kevin Bynum Sr., his siblings: Jessica, Kurtis, Willow, and Brooke, his children: Anastasia, Alexander and his baby girl due in December, his grandmother: Julia A. King, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Kevin will live on in every laugh, each young gymnast's routine, his adoring children, and in the hearts of all who were privileged enough to know him.
At this time, the family would like to keep the funeral services for Kevin "Breeze" K. Bynum Jr. private. To plant a beautiful memorial tree in memory of Kevin "Breeze" K. Bynum Jr., please visit our Tree Store.
