It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Kamal Gandhi, age 57,
beloved husband, son, brother, nephew, and uncle who was called to heaven on June
20, 2024. Kamal departed this world peacefully with his wife by his side, who will forever
remember him for his kindness and warmth. He was a cherished member of our family
with a character of unwavering commitment that touched the lives of everyone who
knew him.
Kamal was a cornerstone of his family and work, his solid dedication a constant source of strength for all who knew him. His commitment to education was evident in his
impressive academic journey - an undergraduate degree and master's degree from
Columbia University, followed by a master's from the prestigious Kellogg School of
Management at Northwestern University. Leveraging this knowledge, he embarked on a
successful 35-year career in the medical devices and quality assurance industry.
Kamal's expertise and dedication were hallmarks of his leadership. For over 18 years at
his last company, he excelled as a Regulatory & Quality Control leader, managing a
growing team of Quality Operations professionals with integrity and a knack for guiding
and advising his colleagues on their career paths. His colleagues and clients admired
him not just for his work ethic but also for the genuine care with which he conducted all
his endeavors.
With his electrical engineering background, Kamal reveled at the art of repairing
electronics and machinery. He was always determined to fix broken parts and enjoyed
the challenge that came with it.
Kamal's life was defined by an abundance of kindness. He readily offered help
whenever and wherever it was needed. He faced life's challenges with remarkable
courage and grace, finding strength in his faith and his love for his family. He leaves
behind a legacy of resilience, compassion and kindness that will forever be etched in
our hearts.
Kamal's life will be celebrated at a memorial service on June 28th, 2024, at Franklin
Memorial Park in North Brunswick Township, where his spirit and legacy will be
honored.
Though we grieve his loss deeply, we find solace in the cherished memories we hold
dear. His spirit will live on in the fond moments we shared. While your light has dimmed,
Kamal, your memory will forever shine brightly in the hearts of those you touched.
